The Seed of Awakening in You

Samantabhadri literally means "perfect from all sides". A primordial Buddha, she is the female counterpart of Samantabhadra in the Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhist traditions.

She is central to many dakini practices, and I was surprised to learn that paintings of Samantabhadri solo are not common and statues are incredibly rare.--So far, we have not found any.-- Which is why I was asked to create her.

Here's a close-up from the studio today. (Height: 14") I'l be casting a limited number according to requests, so let me know if you would like one (resin or bronze).

To purchase or commission a statue, visit The Buddhist Sculpture Workshop.
